Realtor University is an educational service of the National Association of Realtors that offers educational opportunities for real estate professionals. Realtor University consists of two branches: the first branch for the School of Professional Development and Continuing Education and the second branch for the Master of Real Estate program. Both programs are designed to raise the level of professionalism and professional competence amongst real estate professionals.

Realtor University School of Professional Development and Continuing Education courses tackle relevant business ideas, and topics and trends affecting the market. Many of these courses can be applied toward one of the National Association of Realtors' designations and certifications. See a list of Designations and Certifications for Realtors. Additionally, many of the School's courses can be applied toward state real estate licensing continuing education credit requirements.

Realtor University's Master of Real Estate (MRE) program is fully online. Students must complete at least 12 courses in the program (36 semester credit hours). Depending on educational background and experience, some students may be required to complete up to 19 courses to complete the program. Students complete 7 program-specific core courses that address the fundamentals of the real estate industry in the United States, and 5 elective and concentration courses. Concentrations include Real Estate Association Management, Real Estate Asset and Property Management, Residential Real Estate Sales, Marketing and Management, Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation Services, and Commercial Real Estate Investment and Analysis. Realtor University offers 6 academic sessions a year, each lasting 8 weeks. New students can join the program at any time of the year and applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The program is designed for working professionals where students can log in the online course platform to complete coursework at any time of day or night.
